LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...
Its been a while, I know. And as days goes by, somethings happened and somethings didn't, you just wonder what to write. Should I write about things that happened or things that didn't?
Or maybe I should do my lazy but rather effective random-bits-put-into-a-single-paragraph act again.
The lack of updates is partly due to the fact that I'm still having cough, that I originally kinda avoided going out and staying at home means browsing websites downloading songs watching DVDs napping - and that's a hellofa things to write ain't it... hopefully Augmentin's working, guess what my piss and my sweat definitely smells like Augmentin, it's so easy to tell if someone having augmentin. It was until recently I decided while I should take some more rest (i.e. sleep till noon), I should leave my house to avoid excessive napping. So that's what I did. OK that's a bit too boring. And it was Marc's bday yesterday. Happy Bday Marcus. It was raining shit but we did something. Stanley was boring, so was Repulse bay at night, but we did something so juvenile that you wouldn't believe it, so I wouldn't write it here either. But that bit was really fun. So fun that screaming was necessary. Tuna melt's divine, at the beach, you have to try it. Purchase one at SevenEleven, put it in the microwave oven, press the button '3', and you get your tuna melt hot and tasty. It's the best thing you can get in SevenEleven, trust me. And I've been listening to too much music lately. Let's see what makes it to the cut here:

This stunnin lady has to be Andrea Corr, spotted at this year's Cannes Festival. Her stunningness... I just can't find words to describe it.

While Andrea's looking all stunning and gorgeous in Cannes, her siblings are having babies.
10 May Jim and Gayle are delighted to announce the birth of their baby boy at 4.14 this morning. The baby is a healthy 9 pounds 13 1/2 ounces and will be named Brandon. Both mother and baby are doing well and everyone is absolutely thrilled!
9 pounds 13 1/2 ounces - that's a big baby!
4 April Sharon and Gavin are delighted to announce the birth of their son Cathal Robert Gerard Bonnar, to be called 'Cal'. He was born in Dublin on Friday March 31st at 12.45pm and weighed 5 pounds 8 ounces. Sharon, Gavin and Cal thank everyone for their congratulations and best wishes.
So right - Caroline has 2 kids, Jim has 1 and Sharon has 1 - they're now a quartet. 3 boys and 1 girl - that could be really cool.
I imagine their kids can only be really really cute.

She used to be in a band called Frou Frou, now she's on her own, but she sounds just like the same.
These 2 albums contain masterpieces like 'The Walk', 'Let Go', 'Shh', 'Goodnight And Go' and some more. Of course there are some album fillers, but I call call the above tracks truly exceptional.
Infernal Infernal is a newly discovered Danish electropop group. Their new single From Paris To Berlin hit no.2 on the UK chart, and I've heard some of their songs they're quite brilliant. Listen to the song via their official website.
Although not quite an anthem yet, its surely what summer of 2006 needs. And Berlin, I believe, has to do with the world cup, don't you think so?
Nelly Furtado Her album drops 12 June in Hong Kong, and of course you have to buy it because of the amazingness of Maneater and Promiscuous, but while her live performance on SNL kinda annoys me (she has to touch her hair like every 2 seconds - is that intentional? That's not sexy at all), her acoustic set on BBC rather impresses me. At least her band was good. Listen to it via BBC's Radio 1 website. She also did a cover of 'Crazy', the 9 week no.1 song on UK chart (that song should be banned from now on, don't you think?)
While I can't see Maneater topping the charts, her album is a stomper. Get it.
Dixie Chicks I'm so glad their album 'Taking The Long Way' debut at no.1 on Billboard! They've made a statement, and at least people are responding. I hope they won't lose much momentum though - please, release 'The Long Way Around' or 'Easy Silence'. These songs are too good.
On airliners news...
Airbus A350's future It's evident that Airbus is redesigning the A350. I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing yet - we all can be sure that they'll come up with a much better plane than the originally 'A330 spinoff', and that also means their new plane is probably going to be better tahn Boeing's 787.
Their website isn't updated though. This is because they haven't officially announced the redesigning (or rather, the 'scrapping') of the current A350 yet. So take a look now - because the final product will probably look very different from this. But I like Airbus' new CEO. As long as the new A350 doesn't dominate the sky I'll be happy.

Oh, and it pisses me off that the 787 has turned into a 9-abreast plane, instead of the original roomy 8-abreast. Meaning that the standard seating configuration has changed, from originally having only 8 seats in a row, to 9 seats. Boeing originally advertised the 'dreamliner' as a plane that will be new and comfy and stuff... but looks like that apart from the big ass window the plane won't be any more comfortable than any current plane. Boeing finally gave in... to airline requests and fuel prices. Why not pack more people in if there's spaces?
9-abreast means 3-3-3 seating arrangement, and THAT, is not something you'd want and expect from an airliner dubbed the 'dreamliner'. I'm afraid as long as fuel prices are high, flying will still remain as a slightly claustrophobic experience for most people.
